Accepting your invitation
Maddict is invite-only — there is no public sign-up. You join when an agency admin (or Maddict, for staff) invites you by email.
The invitation flow
Section titled “The invitation flow”- You receive an invitation email.
- Click Accept invitation in the email.
- Choose a password — it must be at least 12 characters.
- You’re signed in and land on the dashboard at
/dashboard.
That’s it — no separate account creation step. Setting your password is accepting the invitation.
Password requirements
Section titled “Password requirements”- Minimum 12 characters.
- Choose something unique to Maddict — don’t reuse a password from another service.
- A passphrase (several unrelated words) is both strong and easy to remember.
If your invitation link doesn’t work
Section titled “If your invitation link doesn’t work”| Symptom | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| “Link expired” or it won’t open | Invitations expire after a set period. | Ask your agency admin to re-send the invitation. A re-invite refreshes the expiry. |
| “Already used” | You (or someone) already completed it. | Go to the sign-in page and log in, or use password recovery. |
| Wrong email address | The invite went to a different address. | Ask your admin to re-invite the correct address. |
