Getting access
Section titled “Getting access”How do I get a Maddict account? By invitation only — there’s no public sign-up. An agency admin (or Maddict, for staff) invites you by email. See Accepting your invitation.
My invitation link doesn’t work. It may have expired or already been used. Ask your agency admin to re-invite you — a re-invite refreshes the expiry. See Accepting your invitation.
I forgot my password. Use Forgot password on the login page. See Password reset & recovery.
Is there a password requirement? Yes — a minimum of 12 characters.
Building audiences
Section titled “Building audiences”How do segments combine into an audience? OR within a group, AND across groups. See Audience logic.
Why is my reach almost zero? You’ve likely stacked too many AND groups that rarely co-occur. Remove a group or add OR alternatives. See Audience logic.
What’s the difference between reach % and index? Reach % is size; index is distinctiveness (100 = average). See Statistics & outcomes.
Can I describe an audience instead of building it by hand? Yes — use the AI draft assistant, then refine the result.
Plans & limits
Section titled “Plans & limits”Why can’t I see a market or segment I expected? It’s probably not in your agency’s plan. Entitlements are enforced server-side. See Tiers & entitlements.
Why is export unavailable or capped? Exporting is governed by your tier and may have a quota. Talk to your agency admin about an upgrade. See Exporting results.
Why can’t I add another teammate? You may have hit your seat cap. Remove an inactive member or request a higher cap. See Managing your team.
Collaboration
Section titled “Collaboration”Can my teammates see my audiences? Yes — saved audiences are shared within your agency. They’re never visible to other agencies. See Saving audiences.
Can another agency ever see our data? No. Isolation is enforced in the database with row-level security. See Tenant data isolation.
Security
Section titled “Security”How does Maddict keep our data safe? Invite-only access, strong passwords, role-based permissions, database-enforced tenant isolation, server-side entitlement gating, and an immutable audit log. See Security & compliance.
How do I report a security issue? Email security@maddict.com with the details and don’t disclose it publicly until it’s resolved. See Security & compliance.
