Profile & preferences
Your Settings is where you manage your own account — your profile details and personal preferences. It’s separate from agency-wide administration, which lives under Managing your team.
What you can manage
Section titled “What you can manage”- Profile — your name and the details teammates see.
- Password — rotate it any time (see Password reset & recovery).
- Preferences — personal display and interface options.
Personal settings vs. agency administration

Keeping your account secure
Section titled “Keeping your account secure”- Use a strong, unique password (12+ characters).
- Sign out on shared devices.
- If anything looks wrong with your account, tell your agency admin or support promptly.
