Managing your team

Agency admins manage their team from Team in the dashboard. This is where you invite teammates, assign roles, and remove people who’ve moved on.

  1. Open Team.
  2. Choose Invite and enter the person’s email.
  3. Pick their role — dashboard user or agency admin.
  4. Send. They receive an invitation email, set a password, and join your agency.

Invitations expire after a period. If someone misses the window, re-invite them — a re-invite refreshes the expiry and sends a fresh link.

Your agency can have up to a seat cap set by your tier. Each active member (and, depending on your plan, each pending invite) counts toward it.

  • If you’ve hit the cap, remove an inactive member or request a higher seat cap from Maddict.
  • Keeping the member list tidy is the simplest way to stay within your seats.

Dashboard user Analysts who build, save, compare, and export audiences.
Agency admin People who also manage the team and watch plan usage.

Keep at least one agency admin so there’s always someone who can manage the team. See Roles & permissions for the full capability matrix.

When someone leaves or shouldn’t have access, remove them. Access is checked on every request, so a removed member loses access to tenant data immediately — existing sessions can’t continue to reach your agency’s audiences.

  • Invite with the right role from the start to avoid an extra change later.
  • Review members periodically and remove anyone who no longer needs access.
  • Use real, individual emails — avoid shared mailboxes so actions are attributable.
  • Mind the seat cap before a hiring push; request an increase ahead of time.
