Tiers & entitlements

Every agency is on a tier (its plan). The tier resolves to a concrete set of entitlements — the markets, segment groups, features, and quotas your team can actually use. This page explains how that works and how to read it.

Tier (plan) ─▶ Entitlements ─▶ • which Markets you can browse
• which Segment groups appear
• which Features are enabled (e.g. export)
• Quotas (how much you can do)

When you sign in, Maddict resolves your agency’s tier into these entitlements and shapes the product around them.

Entitlement Effect in the product
Markets Which geographies appear in the catalogue.
Segment groups Which segment groups (and their segments) you can use.
Features Whether capabilities like statistics requests and exporting are available.
Quotas How much of a metered action (e.g. exports or stat requests) you can perform.
Seats How many team members your agency can have — see Team management.

An agency’s access has a validity period. As it approaches expiry, Maddict surfaces this so there’s time to renew. After expiry, members can’t reach tenant data until the agency is renewed by Maddict. Provisioning and validity are managed in the platform back-office.

Most “missing feature” questions come down to entitlements:

  1. A market or segment is missing → it’s likely not in your tier. Confirm with your agency admin.
  2. Export or stats unavailable / capped → you may be out of plan or have hit a quota.
  3. Can’t add a teammate → you may have reached your seat cap.

In each case, an upgrade (arranged with Maddict) changes the tier and unlocks the corresponding entitlements.

Tiers and entitlements are set by Maddict platform admins when they provision or update an agency — see Provisioning agencies. Agency admins can see usage and request changes, but don’t set their own tier.
