Audit log
Maddict keeps an audit log — an immutable record of significant actions. It’s how the platform stays accountable and how administrators answer “who did what, and when”.
What’s recorded
Section titled “What’s recorded”Audit events capture meaningful, security- and business-relevant actions, such as:
- Agency provisioning, tier / seat / validity changes, suspension, and reactivation.
- Invitations sent and accepted.
- Member additions and removals, and role changes.
- Other administrative actions that affect access or plans.
Each event records what happened, who did it, and when.
Immutable by design
Section titled “Immutable by design”Who can view it
Section titled “Who can view it”The full platform audit log is available to Maddict platform admins in the back-office. It’s part of how Maddict oversees the estate and supports investigations if a question ever arises.
Why it matters
Section titled “Why it matters”- Accountability — every significant action is attributable to a person.
- Security — unexpected changes are visible and reviewable.
- Trust — an immutable record means the history can’t be quietly rewritten.
This complements the platform’s other protections — see Security & compliance and Tenant data isolation.
