Signing in

Once you’ve accepted your invitation, you can sign in to Maddict any time.

How to sign in

1. Go to the login page (/login).
2. Enter your email and password.
3. You’ll arrive at the surface your role allows — the dashboard for analysts and agency admins, or the back-office for Maddict staff.

The platform back-office is invisible to anyone without the platform admin role — it returns a 404 rather than revealing it exists. See Roles & permissions.

Sessions

• You stay signed in across visits until you sign out or your session ends.
• Always sign out on shared or public computers.
• If you’re suspended, removed, or your agency’s access ends, you’ll be unable to reach tenant data even with valid credentials — access is checked on every request.

Trouble signing in

Symptom	What to do
Forgot your password	Use password recovery.
“Invalid credentials”	Re-check the email and password; try recovery if unsure.
Account seems blocked	Your access may be suspended or expired — contact your agency admin.
Never set a password	You may not have finished accepting your invitation.
