Welcome to Maddict

Maddict is an invite-only, multi-tenant Audience Cloud built for agencies. It turns a rich catalogue of location-based segments into audiences you can measure, visualise, and act on — without spreadsheets, data engineering, or guesswork.

  • Browse a curated catalogue of markets, segment groups, and individual segments, filtered to exactly what your agency’s plan unlocks.
  • Compose an audience by combining segments with simple boolean logic — conditions are OR’d inside a group, and groups are AND’d together.
  • Request statistics for a single segment or a full audience, and read back reach %, an index score, and the geographic footprint of the people you reach.
  • Visualise outcomes on a map across four lenses — where your audience lives, works, dines, and shops.
  • Draft with AI by describing the audience you want in plain language and letting Maddict translate it into segments.
  • Save, compare, and export audiences so your team can iterate and hand results off to activation.
Role What they do in Maddict Where to start
Analyst / dashboard user Builds, saves, compares, and exports audiences. Quickstart
Agency admin Everything an analyst does, plus inviting and managing teammates and watching plan usage. Managing your team
Platform admin (Maddict staff) Provisions agencies, sets tiers and seat limits, and oversees the platform. Platform back-office

Maddict is a single web application with three surfaces, each gated by who you are:

  • The dashboard (/dashboard) — where analysts and agency admins do their day-to-day work: the catalogue, the audience builder, saved audiences, compare, and exports.
  • Agency administration — team management, profile, and plan usage, available to agency admins from within the dashboard.
  • The platform back-office (/admin) — a separate, restricted surface used only by Maddict staff to provision and oversee agencies. It is invisible (a 404) to everyone else.

Every agency is an isolated tenant. Your data is yours: row-level security in the database enforces that members of one agency can never read or write another agency’s audiences, and every market, segment, and feature you can touch is checked against your plan on the server — not just hidden in the interface.
