AI draft assistant
The AI draft assistant turns a plain-language description into a starting audience. It’s the fastest way to go from an idea to a working draft you can refine.
When to use it
Section titled “When to use it”- You know who you want to reach but aren’t sure which segments express it.
- You want a fast first draft to react to, rather than a blank workbench.
- You’re exploring an unfamiliar market and want suggestions to anchor on.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”- Open the AI draft panel in the builder.
- Describe your target audience in everyday language — for example: “Affluent young professionals who eat out often and shop at premium malls.”
- Maddict proposes segments arranged into groups, following the usual OR-within-group, AND-across-groups logic.
- Review and apply the draft to your workbench.
- Refine — add, remove, or regroup segments until it’s exactly right, then request statistics.
Writing a good prompt
Section titled “Writing a good prompt”- Name the traits, not the segments. Say “frequent diners”, not a guess at a segment’s exact catalogue name — the assistant maps your intent to what’s available.
- Combine ideas naturally. “X and Y” hints at separate groups; “X or Y” hints at alternatives within a group.
- Mention the market or geography if it matters.
- Iterate. Treat the first draft as a conversation starter, not a final answer.
Important: AI drafts are starting points
